In addition to our community of driver partners, totalride relies on specialized bus and shuttle drivers to deliver a variety of transportation services to our customers. We also employ a robust operations department, which includes mechanics, driver support, and field operations staff.

What We Do

At our totalride shop, our team of mechanics services and maintains our beautiful fleet of accessible vans, busses, and a variety of other vehicles. Our shop environment is a point of pride for our company, featuring state of the art equipment and a clean environment. Here, our shop employees enjoy stable work, good benefits and high safety standards. They also have access to all of the equipment needed to keep our fleet driving happy.

Our driver support and field operations staff play a key role in managing totalride's service and maintenance strategies to increase efficiency and enhance value for our customers. The roles in operations are diverse. Driver support staff are involved with recruiting, training, and supporting the drivers and their business. Field operations staff include: safety, cashiering/leasing office operations, client relations/business development, and management positions.
